Art? This picture might be an art work to depict the real story as thsi situation is not far fetched, noty when you had waited for several hours at Oshodi and one Molue now come even if it is charging a fortune! But this is madness.
this might be art but it is a real life scenario. when i worked in lagos last year, it was a daily scene at bus-stops like iyana-isolo
