Etienne T. Boy dies...

You all remember Etienne T. Boy? The guy who sang the popular 90's song, Chop I Chop? Well, he's dead. He died on July 28th, 2010 at a recording studio at Ojuelegba, Lagos. I can't find his pic anywhere on the net...

May his soul rest in peace...amen.

Maybe a picture or a link to his song would refresh my memory. Have no idea who he is. But may his soul rest in peace.

Oh no!!! I've been trying to remember his name forever. I loved his song and the way he dressed!! It was really different from the usual "naija style"....reminded me of Adam and the Ants (yes, i know i'm dating myself). I searched taya for his song on the internet.

May his soul rest in peace.

I remember him alright, first saw him at Presidential Hotel Port Harcourt, they did Jazz Nite every Friday with Geraldo Pino (Then we would pay 5naira to go see them perform) and he was called magic finger.
Saw him early this year too cross Aba Road at First bank
Brings back memories...
