There is something called breast pump..you can pump the milk into a bottle and feed the baby...most moms in the States who don't want to put the baby directly to their breast use a breast pump...also mothers with premature babies who are too tiny to suck pump the milk out and it's given to the baby through a tube that goes directly into the stomach
