Photos: Parents of 82 released Chibok girls reunite with their daughters

Parents of the recently released 82 Chibok school girls this morning reunited with their daughters. The parents were transported from Borno state to Abuja by the Federal government. The reunion took place at the state house Abuja. This will be the first time parents of the 82 Chibok school girls will meet with their daughters after being in Boko Haram captivity for over three years. See more photos after the cut...

This is an inhuman treatment to these parents. You need not give them food instead of using plastic spools, plates and cups. The dogs in Aso Rock are treated better! It shall not be well with whoever organised this evil

TBC is the best thing that has happened to THE 21st century entrepreneur.1 TBC IS now well over 8.7 million naira and the price increases every day, so 20,000 naira worth of TBC today will be over 30,000 naira after 3 days, this is the best time to invest in TBC. buy low and sell high and make huge profits. if you cant afford up to 1 TBC you can start with kringles where 1 kringle is 0.09 naira, 223,000 kringles is 20,000 naira. to order for your TBC CALL OR WHATSAPP 09024360475

Thanks be to God Almighty. So overjoyed for the parents and their daughters, so grateful.

Er, is that really the State House? As in the Presidential Villa? THAT's the kind of crockery they use there? Such disgusting plates/bowls and cups can be found in the State House even if, as apparently, they do, look down so much on the Chibok parents and children and did not want to use their best or good crockery for them, I'm amazed such could be found ANYWHERE in the Presidential Villa, even in the gate-house/security guard room, I wouldn't expect such. Wow. You can take the man out of the bush but to take the bush out of the man, is something else entirely, truly. These are the sorts of plates and cups you see maigadi at people's houses, or those beggars (from you know where) on the streets using. I guess the uniform does not make the man. And, all the training at military colleges in the UK, USA, wherever, still do not necessarily make the man. There is clearly a difference between a real, true officer and a gentleman, and one who is and will ever remain only a poor maigadi at heart. Leadership flows from the top. Just look at the rubbish, nonsense things they brought out to use in Aso Rock, in the State House, and, even the type of 'food' they served these people who have been through hell. See the arrangement of the place. It shows the quality, sorry, absolute lack of quality at the very top in that place. The photos of him in London on his previous trip, with some cheap tea things on a tray, everything still in their boxes, and then his leg on the table bearing food/tea things ... help! Their are people who teach manners, etiquette, proper social graces for a living, hire them! Even presidents and first ladies of countries like the USA, Prime Ministers of UK, Europe, etc, people who marry royalty abroad, have to learn some of these things and are taught and trained for months by professionals; in fact, throughout their tenure especially before going on State visits to other countries or before receiving presidents and kings from other countries, they also learn the etiquette and cultural dos and don'ts of those places. And, there are people who plan events for a living, who take care of decor, aesthetics, crockery, tableware, catering, ensure the kind of press you get is the kind of press/media coverage that is appropriate, hire them! May we not hear that N1.something billion was spent on this reunion in these photos.
